Pool Party Request
Registered Members of the Colonial Acres Neighborhood Association are asked to provide the following information when requesting to sponsor a pool party at the Colonial-Glenmont, Inc., swimming pool facility. A pool party consists of six (6) or more guests not to exceed fifteen (15) guests. The purpose of this form is to help the supervising member of Pool Committee and the head lifeguard plan and arrange proper lifeguard coverage for such parties. Written requests must be made at least one week in advance to the supervising member of the Environmental Committee or the head lifeguard and must be accompanied by a check for $4o.00 payable to Colonial-Glenmont, Inc., to help defray the cost of providing a dedicated lifeguard for the party.

Note: The lifeguard assigned to the party must record or cause to be recorded the name and telephone number of all guests and the name(s) of
Registered Member(s) sponsoring the pool party.
Note:
The Board of Colonial-Glenmont, Inc., reserves the right to cancel a pool party due to pool closure
or if a lifeguard is unavailable.
A refund will be made if a lifeguard is unavailable or if the pool is closed for the entire period of the
party and the party cannot be rescheduled.
Members are reminded that they are fully responsible for the conduct of their pool party guests
and their compliance with the swimming pool rules and regulations.
Any damage to the swimming pool facility that guests may cause, inadvertently or otherwise,
is the responsibility of the sponsoring registered member(s).
