Guest Pass Policy

All dues-paying members have ten (10) guess passes included in their membership.

Beyond the five passes, it is $5.00 for each additional guest pass throughout the season. Payment can be made by cash or check and placed in the lock box on the fence at 39 West Bayberry OR via Venmo to @ColonialAcresTreasurer. Please include the number of passes for which you are paying and the last name of the Colonial Acres resident with your payment. If you would like to pay for passes in advance, you are welcome to do so! Revenue from guest helps to defray the cost of consumables (paper products, cleaning supplies, pool umbrellas, etc) throughout the season.

Guests are required to sign in and should include he member’s name/address. Members are responsible for their guests and MUST attend with the guest.

Guests are required to follow all of the pool rules and the lifeguards have the authority to ask a guest to leave for failure to follow the pool rules.

If a member is a caregiver for a child on a regular basis or a member employs a caregiver (nanny, babysitter, etc.) for their resident children they are also not considered guests.

Children and grandchildren of current Colonial Acres association members are not considered guests; rather, they are considered neighbors we gladly welcome home each year!
